Established in 2013 ViewPoint Insights is a specialist management consultancy providing a range of advisory and change enabling services to organisations in both the private and public sectors. Opportunities

To develop, mature and innovate most organisations always have in play a number of key strategic initiatives which often involve significant capital expenditure and engaging with third party service providers. All too often many of these key projects and programmes, particularly those utilising technology, are poorly executed and fail or are ill conceived from the outset and suffer the same fate. For complex programmes, how key decisions are taken, and risks managed and mitigated against, is absolutely critical to success. The causes of project or contract failure are very common across all organisations and the risks of failure can be mitigated against and avoided if certain mechanisms and assurance steps are put in place at the beginning of any sufficiently complex or critical programme.

Similar problems in supply side management can also occur in settled programmes and contracts which are in service. It can be very beneficial if organisations extend assurance over key business partners and contracts to both exploit improvement opportunities and avoid hazards.
